One flat fee, then a strategy, a filled-in calendar and more than forty content ideas, handed over. Ben and Jeannie built Berry Time from nothing in a few years. They didn't need me running their social forever. They needed a system they could run themselves.

Berry Time started only a few years ago, but Ben comes from a farming family and brings that same discipline to strawberries. He and Jeannie have built the patch alongside their seven children into something that reads far older and steadier than its age.
The farm sells local goods alongside the fruit, like coffee, honey and baked goods from makers nearby, and hires young people from the area. That makes the story bigger than strawberries. It's a place that keeps work and money in its own community, and that's the part worth putting online.
A sprint is a one-time fee rather than an ongoing retainer. One month: I learn the business, then hand back everything needed to run it. A strategy built on how the farm really works, a content calendar already filled in, and more than forty content ideas they can shoot themselves. It suits a business with someone capable already in-house who just needs the map.
The point of a sprint is that it ends. Berry Time keeps posting in their own voice, on their own schedule, with no monthly invoice. Farms like theirs are what keeps the u-pick industry healthy, so it matters that what I leave behind is something they can actually maintain.
